Donald Nicholson may have been born in 1887 at Kelvin Registration district, Glasgow.2,3,4 He was the son of John Nicholson and Marion Ritchie.1 Donald Nicholson was a ship-rigger's helper in December 1920.2 Donald lived in December 1920 at 517 St. Vincent Street, in Glasgow.2

He married Agnes Tait Mitchell, the daughter of a railway goods clerk, in a United Free Church of Scotland ceremony at 33 Derby Crescent on Friday, 31 December 1920 at Glasgow.. Both Donald and Agnes gave the same place as the their usual residence.2 Donald Nicholson was a postman in December 1947.5

Donald may have died in 1953 at Possilpark Registration district, Glasgow.6
