Annie was born circa 1910. She was the daughter of Barron Mendoza and Frances Victoria Jubilee Simpson.2
Annie Frances Mendoza married Walter Albert Keys, son of Walter Alexander Keys and Florence Mabel Bess, on Tuesday, 16 May 1933 at Queensland.3,1 Annie and Walter lived in 1936 at at 20 Winchester Street in the Brisbane suburb of Hamilton, Queensland.4 Annie's occupation was given as 'home duties' in 1936.4 Annie and Walter lived in 1937 at at 41 Beatrice Street in the Brisbane suburb of Greenslopes.5 Annie and Walter lived in 1943 at the town of Wandoan, near Miles, Queensland.6 Annie's occupation was given as 'home duties' in 1943.6 Annie and Walter lived in 1949 at Edith Street, in Miles, Queensland.7 Annie's occupation was given as 'home duties' in 1949.7 Annie and Walter lived in 1958 at 45 Edith Street, in Miles, Queensland.8 Annie's occupation was given as 'home duties' in 1958.8
Annie died on 26 June 1966 at Pinaroo, Queensland.2,1
