Henry D. Keyworth was born circa 1805 at Lincoln, Lincolnshire.1 He was a retired druggist in April 1861.1

Henry D. Keyworth was recorded as a boarder in the household of James Leonard in the 1861 census at 37 Burlington Street, Chorlton-on-Medlock, Manchester.2
