Reginald was born circa 1925 at Tasmania. He was the son of Reginald Murray Fookes and Vera Linda Gertrude Smith.2 He presumably lived with his parents at 130 Davey Street, in North Hobart, in 1937.3 Reginald Murray Fooks was a draper's assistant.3
