Catherine was born on Monday, 19 May 1806 at Melcombe Regis, Weymouth, Dorset.2,3 She was the daughter of James MacKenzie Fooks and Jane Berjew. Catherine Ann Wiltshire Fooks may have been baptised on Thursday, 22 May 1806 at Weymouth, Dorset.4

Catherine died in February 1812 at Weymouth, Dorset, at age 5.2,5,6,4 Her body was interred at All Saints on 6 February 1812 at the village of Wyke Regis near the town of Weymouth, Dorset.7
